I took my old Point & Shoot film camera out with me today and shot a few panoramic street shots. I took these on my journey between assignments using black & white film and an old Samsung VEGA 290w 35mm compact.
Personal Candid Snaps South Bank
Here is a gallery of personal images I shot while walking between London South Bank & The Gherkin.
I decided to walk between assignments and take some personal candid snaps along the South Bank (London). I marched between The South Bank Centre and 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin) – about forty five minutes walk. I was carrying my professional kit (Nikon bodies & lenses – 25Kg !) but decided to limit myself to just using my Fuji X-T1 with wide angle lens. I shot this set more or less with out stopping, the last image is from the Millennium Bridge looking west.
The gallery shows the images in the order I shot them and all they are all cropped to the same ratio .by
Happy Boys Candid Portrait
An out-take from a recent shoot;
How To Make Your Girl Happy Over TextDuring a recent shoot I snapped these two brothers having a laugh and messing about. I love the candidness of this shot and the way the two of them are interacting – they seemed oblivious to the rest of the people around them.by
Snap shot of Cow parsley winter sky.
Snap shot of Cow Parsley winter sky. I used my Fuji X-T1 and my 20mm lens to take a quick snap while out walking Sunday. I used the in-camera processing (set on miniature) this gives the images the ’tilt-shift’ look which adds top and bottom blur for a diorama or miniature effect.
